Audit Logs

Overview

Fortworx keeps a detailed log of all activities that occur within the platform. This includes all actions taken by users, such as creating, editing, and deleting reports, as well as any changes made to reports, such as status changes, comments, and attachments. This audit log is accessible to all users with the appropriate permissions and provides a complete history of all activities within the platform.

Accessing Audit Logs

To access the audit logs for a report, click on the Audit Logs link on the report page. This will open a view displaying a list of all activities related to that report.

Each entry in the audit log displays:

• The name and email address of the user who performed the action
• The date and time the action was taken
• A description of all changed attributes
• The IP geolocation of the user (shown as a country flag)

The audit log supports pagination for reports with a long activity history.
