Trusted Domains

Overview

Trusted domains are domains that are not highlighted and considered as external by Fortworx in any communication. This is useful for domains that are internal to your organization and are not considered external.

When composing a response, you can enter any email address for Cc and Bcc of the email. If an email address is not related to the report (ie the original researcher’s email or your email), Fortworx will highlight this email address as external. This is help you avoid sending sensitive information to the wrong person.

By adding a domain to the trusted domains list, you can ensure that all emails sent to that domain are not highlighted as external.

Adding a Trusted Domain

You can add multiple trusted domains on the Workspace settings page. To add a trusted domain, enter the domain name in the input field and press Enter. To add more domains, use , to separate them.
