Search Reports

Overview

Fortworx provides full-text search across all reports in your workspace. You can search for reports by keywords in subjects, descriptions, correspondence, and other report attributes.

  1. Click on the Search item in the workspace navigation.
  2. Type your search query in the search field.
  3. Results appear as you type, grouped by type with hit counts.

Search Results

Search results include reports and related records matching your query. Results show:

  • The matching item with relevant context
  • Hit count per type
  • Pagination for large result sets

You can click on any search result to navigate directly to the matching report.
